For my 20 time project, I have decided to try and learn Spanish. I chose this because I've always wanted to learn so I can talk to people who speak Spanish. Also, some of my family members speak Spanish. knowing Spanish could also get paid more at a job if I Speak two languages.

Today I did my duo lingo. I had to review my phrases since I haven't been on duo lingo in a while. I think I did pretty good. I think I only got one word wrong and that's it. I learned how to say Hola, mucho gusto. Which is hello nice to meet you in English. I also know Buenas dias, Buenas tardes, Buenas noches. In English, Buenas Dias is good morning, and Buenas tardes is good afternoon and finally, Buenas Noches is a good night. After practicing my phrases for Spanish I moved on to travel words for Spanish. I did really good with these words. I learned to say bathroom and hospital and hotel in Spanish. I also learned some other words as well. I think I did well today.

Today on March 24th I did the duo lingo I worked on my travel today. I did 3 lessons for it. I know how to say El taxi Esta Aqui easily which means the taxi is here. and know what it means now. I learned how to say airport and passport in Spanish. I know that El is the and which I would get confused sometimes but I mastered that part down. Today's lesson was good not super hard I only messed up twice which is okay.

Today on April 7th I did my duo lingo. I worked on my travel so I can master my travel. I did 3 lessons today because I got some wrong and you only get 5 hearts or else I would've done more. I did get some things wrong. The plus side is I've been getting better at Spanish. I realized that because I'm starting to remember certain words. Today I kinda reviewed the same words to get better at them. Also when it tells me to speak Spanish and it give me words to say. It was a pretty good duo lingo session overall.

Today on April 14th I did my duo lingo for Spanish. I was excited since I've
been progressing a lot in Spanish. I did the same thing which was travel. I was doing ok. Not as good as I usually do though. I did make a lot of mistakes which made me lose hearts. I did manage to finish one lesson though. Then after I did a review that didn't cost any hearts, which actually made me gain a heart. I spelled a few things wrong during it but that's ok. I did get to the end and finished doing my review. After that, I fixed my broken phases which didn't cost any hearts which was good. It was really easy to do. Overall today wasn't one of my best days for Spanish.

Today on April 21st I did my Spanish on duo lingo. I managed to do 3 lessons today until I lost all my hearts. My first lesson went well I don't think I got any wrong. I'm still learning about travel though. Basically, I'm just reviewing words I've learned which is good because I do sometimes get it wrong. For my 2nd lesson, I did get like 1 or 2 wrong so not horrible. I just get confused with El and En and La. Lastly was my 3rd lesson. I was doing great until the very end. In the end, I messed up like 3 times. It was because I kept putting El instead of La. I finally got it right with 0 hearts left. Overall today was okay. I'm happy I managed to complete 3 lessons.

On April 28th I did my duo lingo. I started a whole new topic today. I did my restaurant phrases for Spanish. It was actually quite easy. I didn't get anything wrong the whole time. I managed to do 4 lessons as well. I did learn a lot of new words in Spanish like salad, tomato, restaurant, and many more. Overall I'm very pleased with how I did today and excited to start a new Spanish topic.

  2. Being your partner in Spanish this year was great, and I am glad that we both shared a common interest in learning Spanish, and I hope to be partners again next year. It is good to see that you completed a lot of lessons in 20 time. I also never understood why you had hearts on Duolingo and I didn't, also I think that your blog page looks depleted so maybe next year you could add more entries.
